The Yellow Jackets Motorcycle Club (YJMC) is a very traditional, historical, and International Motorcycle Club comprised of a membership brought together by a common interest and goal to carry on the spirit and traditions of the original founders...and of course have a lot of good times along the way.
The YJMC is a serious club that believes in riding our American Made motorcycles. Like our forefathers intended, the YJMC is a fraternal organization. The YJMC is TRULY committed to quality over quantity - a standard which is overstated by many, but honored by few. In many motorcycle clubs recruitment becomes a priority out of necessity or plan. Applicants are allowed to flood in to increase the clubs numbers quickly.
To hang-out, party, drink beer, or to be friends with us is not enough. We believe recruiting this way affects the quality of membership. If we feel that you meet the quality and standard, and believe you might be a great fit in the YJMC ranks, we MAY invite you to hang-around. You do not ask to become a Yellow Jacket. Moreover, you may be considered, and permitted to apply, but this does not guarantee membership. Becoming a full patched member is not easily achieved by design, and is equally difficult to retain. We feel that participation as a member is a privilege, NOT A right.
Even though the YJMC is comprised of serious bikers, we are not an "Outlaw Club" or "1%" club by any definition or period in time. Likewise, we are not an “OMG” by the established accepted definition assigning club classification by the number of patches worn on the back of a vest. The YJMC believes in the TRUE meaning of BROTHERHOOD...a brotherhood that goes beyond a shared tattoo...a brotherhood many members experienced while serving in the military, and or in combat.
Each YJMC member is held to a higher degree of accountability. This is in an attempt to preserve the history and legacy of our founding fathers, and the wishes of the last surviving member.
The YJMC does not discriminate against a member's employment We refuse to be dictated to by anyone as to whom, regardless of profession, we have as members.
The YJMC SUPPORTS THE SERVICEMEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (despite any prevailing sentiment!) Furthermore, we SUPPORT, PROTECT, and DEFEND the CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the freedoms that it protects. As this is a FREE COUNTRY, the YJMC recognizes and respects all other clubs' right to wear their colors, their right to participate in club politics if they choose, and to ride free; however, we are a NEUTRAL CLUB, and do not get involved in other clubs' politics, business, or turf issues, and expect the same respect in return.
The YJMC is not a farm club, support club, associate club or sister club for any other. Yes, we do wear a bottom rocker, but it clearly does NOT CLAIM TERRITORY - only our time in history. We do not support any motorcycle clubs, clubs, organizations, groups or businesses that support terrorism or criminal activity in any way.
The Yellow Jacket Motorcycle Club is a International Historical Club as recognized by the AMA. Our goal is to promote, educate and encourage a safe motorcycling lifestyle.
WE WILL NOT WAIVER FROM OUR CORE VALUES OR BELIEFS.
WE SUPPORT THE YELLOW JACKETS MOTORCYCLE CLUB.
